I contracted to rent my timeshare 7 months ago. The contract was non-cancellable within 6 months of the reservation. Redweek has had my money all that time. Due to the current travel problems, I worked with the resort, and with their un-required generosity, worked out a solution. My Renter is satisfied. Redweek was suppose to pay me a week ago.. they are in default of our contract.
