You don't need a lawyer to contact your resort . Get on the phone and make some calls and find the person that takes care of the titles . Then see if you can negotiate an exit . Unfortunately they may not be a receptive with the problems we are facing now . Keep calling them even if they turn you down the first time . The squeaky wheel gets the grease .
