Does anyone have any insight into the impact of Covid on intended maintenance fee amounts for next year? I do note an attempt by the Vacation Club Trust to avoid charging the full reserve amounts to be made up by later special assessments (a scary thought). Should reductions in resort services during Covid cause a decrease in costs this year in relation to the budget?
