Christmas week, Marriott's Canyon Villas

After renting to a guest through Redweek, there has been several missteps with Marriott delaying the confirmation emails with lots of excuses. That's a critical assurance to guest that they are on the reservation, but Marriott took the ability to send email confirmation away from the c.s. agent who makes the name change, so it now goes in a queue. I'm still awaiting confirmation after 2 weeks and 3 queues!
