That does sound great! Unfortunately, the language in my, and I'm sure others, contracts state that the maintenance fees must be paid whether you (or guests) come or not. And they went up every year like clockwork. HSI eh? Too bad I didn't get involved with them instead of the hustlers I wound up dealing with.
