Mark and Marilyn, Rental possibilities are what I expected, as I had checked with RE agents who only wanted holiday time. The property is beautiful and we will enjoy it, but also hoped to have rental option. Hope that changes with addition of the golf course. Have you tried an exchange with the Registry Collection - their selection of locations looks good, but don't know how easy it is to get a trade. Elizabeth
