Out of all the companies I viewed, i think I like Marriott's system the best. But I have some questions: If I purchase resale is the only benefit I am losing the deposit your weeks for rewards points? I read through this post and I am interested in buying in a high demand season in either Aruba, Hawaii or Florida. Does that seem wise? What is the best way to get to the unit you want if you do not want to visit your home unit? How far advance do you need to book? Which is higher in demand Florida or Hawaii? Come on tim :)
