2 Bedroom Unit- Question ( king beds vs twin beds)

I am looking at 2 bedroom units. All the available listings show 2 kings, 2 sleeper sofas. Is this accurate? From other websites, it appears that many of the 2 bedroom units have twin beds. Thank you!
