[Q=deanb2] I was looking at purchasing a one bedroom ocean view unit then realized that some 42 of these units views are going to be obstructed by the new Napili Villas when Marriott completes them. In addition to the two plus years of construction. What is Marriott going to do about this. The 2100 some owner's are going to be affected.[/Q] It is my understanding that they will still have an ocean view. In the past, these units were similar to ocean front units as you could really see the ocean from the living room couch. Now they will be more like true ocean view - sometimes the view is only from the lanai. Hope this helps.
