We own Dec 1-16, plus one floating week in the spring/summer, in Villa #1. We have not tried renting it but after purchasing a house in Hawaii will probably try to do so this year. It has been the best family vacation for our extended family we have ever owned. We are currently paying $2,354 for two weeks. What are you folks paying? Andy
