Go to attached website to read the latest press announcements about the Jack Nicklaus development at Quivira, which includes two oceanfront courses (one private and one resort) as well as 200 homes. The 10/6/08 article states that golf course construction will begin in 2009 with expected completion in 2010. Also - note that the "Quivira" development includes the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club, the Ritz Carlton and Pacifica - no mention of the MonteCristo Villas. The good news is that there is confirmation on a Jack Nicklaus website that there will be golf courses Has anyone been to Cabo lately - how is the current economic crisis affecting Cabo?
