You should have sent a rescission letter (no explanation necessary as to why you rescinded) by USPS certified mail with return receipt to the address listed in your contract. If you had done this within the 10 day rescission period, then this would have been taken care of. Resorts get rescission letters everyday of the week ..... it's the law.[/b]
