maybe, maybe not. I wouldn't pay that, others would for simplicity. I prefer to deal with an actual owner so that they get all the proceeds, no middle man taking a cut. I am happy to do the legwork to save money, and rent out my own units as well. Sure, some owners would prefer someone else deal with it, but I think the risk of No Rental is greater that way, whereas, between owner and renter, negotiation is possible to achieve win-win instead of "pay this or walk."
