Which tower at the Maui Marriott Ocean Club?

We are considering a stay at the MOC, but are confused about the properties. There is Lahina & Napili facility listed at one rate and there is the Molokai, Maui & Lanai faciltiy at another rate. Which is the newest and/or better choice? Do thay all share the same pool complex?
