Originally owned in phase I. Made the mistake of upgrading to II. Realized later that any purchase at Harborside was a mistake. Might be able to live with the fees if the resort was maintained at original level. Last year they replaced some furnishings with stuff that wasn't even on a par with Ikea. New sofa and straight backed hard chair in living room very uncomfortable. Took another couple and they were totally unimpressed. The beds are also just about shot and the new carpet was also showing signs of ware in just 9 months. The annual fee has gotten totally out of control and just try and ask questions. I would be stretching to give our unit a 3 star rating. We have owned other timeshares and have never been scammed as we were at Harborside. Not the place to own.
