Since you say Wyndham won't let you exchange for something in FL, have you tried using an exchange company such as RCI, II, Dial-an-Exchange, or Platinum? BTW, when you say that Wyndham won't let you exchange, do you mean permanent ownership or just a week per year at a time? If you want to get rid of your ownership in MA, have you tried selling it, or lsting it that you want to give it away?
