We had been going to Magens Point for over 10 years. We've seen a lot of deteriorating of the property and a lot of promises never kept. Cable television and internet service not working due to them not paying bills. Entertainment directors come and go. We've been moved from one room to another due to shoddy maintenance on several occasions. Year after year of "special one time" assessments seem to be the norm. Many times they have pleaded to submit favorable reviews on Trip Adviser. This is not a way to run a resort. How they manage to stay open is a mystery to me.
