We bought at the Villa de Arco and have used it twice. We found the best thing is to check in on Monday and out on Saturday, you can then get a one bedroom suite for your yearly points. We actually love the place and look forward to visiting Loreto next year. Not sure about the "out" clause or rental clause, but we intend to use this place yearly as we live in Chicago and look forward to getting out of here once per year. With Southwest now servicing Mexico, it's even better. However, when we asked about the "gifting" the week to our kids, they said no problem. We also intend on doing that from time to time.
