Thanks for the insight on these guys everyone. I was headed down the path of using them, now I'm not so sure. Are there any "legit" companies out there that you would recommend and don't charge an upfront fee? What about timeshareexitteam.com? They advertise heavily on various media outlets. It doesn't appear they give you any value for the asset, just get you out of it. Any direction would be helpful. BTW - it's a Marriott timeshare property if that makes any difference. Thanks.
