Are they a broker that contacted you about a rental that you had on redweek for another client? Generally if this type of organization pays you upfront and you use either your own contract or you read and thoroughly understand and agree with the terms then it can work out. If they are offering to advertise for a large upfront fee (redweek is on the high end of what you should pay) or are asking for any type of fee that would be reimbursed after then run even if they claim the funds for the renter are being placed in escrow.
