Still don’t get where the “scam” is in all this. First, the resorts are beautiful and I’ve stayed at one. Second, I was offered a MasterCard of $150 not a cruise. Third, there are people who have been owners for years that continue enjoying their vacations. Fourth, you got something for your money and time. It may feel like a scam just like if you go to the mall and buy a pair of shoes that you later find are almost half the cost online. But, get over it and move on. Timeshare is a way people can own a vacation home without having to actually pay the cost of a second full mortgage.
