This research is from a TMC Owner Seth Nock I checked on Seth Nock ACRIS records. He was a buyer, a TMC owner, and a seller in 2003-2007. Buying under " Seth Nock" name and selling under "Seth Nock H'" name which was his 'company's' name. In Real Estate it's called FLIPPING the property. Irene Smalls
