We own week 51 at Parkway in Orlando but never go there. Through Interval we annually trade the week for the Marriott Grand Chateau (MGC) in Las Vegas. With the Parkway maintenance fee around $800 and the trading fee around $200, we actually come out ahead financially but would probably prefer to own at MGC due to concerns over availability. It seems like there would be others who have a similar situation. Couldn't Redweek be a "matchmaker" for a fee? It doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to do. Bill M.
