hello maria u, personally, i have no idea of the repercussions of not paying TMC maintenance. there seems to be a preponderance of ideas concerning various penalties, e.g., credit report damage, foreclosure,...............name it. like you, i would appreciate a definitive answer to your question: "What is the repercussion if we do not pay it?" if there is someone in this TMC forum that has a proven and reliable answer to your question, please inform all of us TMC shareowners. chris [Q=mariau25] We are also timeshare owners.
