I received a call and email from them offering to purchase our Vidanta property. They're based out of Atlanta. If they're legit I'd be all over it as the offer is quite good and timing great with the earthquake damage we've suffered. I've done a little research and am not finding anything on them. Is this a new scam? The call was unsolicited as we hadn't put out any feelers about selling. They have a website set up: www.paradisevacationluxuryproperties.com
