Re: Diamond Resorts International (DRI) "THE CLUB" Points Program & Converting your Week to Points

Kathy Diamond has a class action ban written into the contract forcing arbitration. A buyer has to opt out within 30 days of signing the contract or be forced to arbitration. I attended a trial because Diamond sued an attorney. Diamond sued one of their own witnesses, a dentist, for $170,000 of which $86,000 was arbitration fees because they lost in arbitration. Diamond's outside counsel said Diamond has only lost one arbitration case (because the buyer has no proof). This is our Diamond member supported Facebook launched by an economics professors. There are over 3100 members, including Diamond employees. Please join our efforts. https://www.facebook.com/groups/DiamondResortsOwnersAdvocacy/ Also, Apollo is the former Drexel Burnham Lambert firm that filed for bankruptcy on a $650 million fine and Michael Milken went to jail for securities fraud over the junk bond scandal in the 80s. Look at Apollo Global Management on Wikepedia. A junk bond was worth something but a Diamond contract nothing should a buyer need to sell. The tiger did not change his stripes, just his diet. CEO Michael Flaskey even was promoting the Milken Institute when interviewed by Maria Barteromo on FOX.
