How about listing it for sale or give away on reputable sites such as RedWeek, My Resort Network, E-Bay, or Timeshare Users Group? As a last resort, some have divested themselves of their units by just stopping payments and letting the resort foreclose on the unit. That might sound desperate but that is still a lot cheaper than what these exit companies charge.
