Re: Vallarta Gardens Timeshare Scam

Anthony, you did 50% of what you needed to do in order to kick them to the curb. The important part you neglected, in order to tell them to kiss off, is to write a letter rescinding your contract with your timeshare outfit. By just clearly defining the name, location and identity of your timeshare, along with your specific member number(s) and any other identifying references (so that they know it is clearly you, that's escaping their grasps), this will set you free. Believe me, it may seem scary, but think about what's going on here. You're just one fish caught up in a huge net, that's sitting on their ship. You must be that fish that flops the heck out of there! (back into the sea of independence and freedom). That letter needs to be mailed to them, and also to your banking institution, (in order to formally notify them of your cancellation with them. Of course your bank will do as you say, they work for you). Bueno suerte!
