Hello Michael, Yes my maintenance fees and Club Dues last January was just under $10,000. A few years ago, after a horrible accident and numerous broken bones, I started to rent out four of my six weeks (thru Redweek) and that generated slightly more than all maintenance fees....now that I'm healed and travelling again I still rent out at least three and use the others rto travel, so it makes it very manageable. My ownership is part of my retirement fund.... 😍😎
