Answering a few questions might help here. 1) Is your unit deeded property or a Right-to-Use (RTU)? 2) When did you purchase? 3) How much have you paid on the loan so far and how much do you still owe? By the way, the way you have your post worded looks like you're trying to tout this company rather than sincerely ask for advice.
