I'm not aware that any rooms have ac but we just returned from a week there and we barely turned on our ceiling fans. If you open the sliding doors in the front and the windows in the back there is an awesome breeze that goes through. I was told by a guest that was in the coral building that you don't get as much of a breeze there but we stayed in that building the first time we went there and it was ok. We bought in the alii because it is the nicest as far as view and being quiet.
