I booked a timeshare through this company for Easter week 2013. We had a couple misunderstandings but Amy was great. She worked so hard to fix any problem. I think customer service is her priority. Avoid misunderstandings by specifying exactly what you expect to be in the condo you rent. If it is important to you specify it. I would book through NTHC again.
