Is your deeded week at Poipu or KBC? If at Poipu you should have received info about the Class Action. The settlement document can be found here: http://poipuowners.org/uploads/Settlement.pdf It was approved "final" by the Court in late July, 2013.

The Class includes all deeded owners at Poipu as well as points owners in the Hawaii Collection, who didn't opt out of the Class.
