We once had a section to request rentals or resales, but closed it down in 2012. The time it took to monitor the pages from scammer and spammers made it cost prohibitive to maintain.

You can be notified as soon as new postings are added by browsing to the specific resorts you are interested in, then scrolling to the bottom of the page to find the Posting Alerts subscription link.
