I'm a Colorado Re/max guy retired here for three years (otherside of the hill, Pedregal). Sellers and buyers asking me all the time about MC, cant get in as a realtor thru gate.....make it hell to "show". There's plenty of interest, but 25-35% of new sale price seems to be typical resale value (throughout Latin America anyway).
