As I recall, Ifrappa called Vacation Club to buy points, did not read the paperwork, did not rescind the contract, etc. Others are also complaining about their plight after not doing their due diligence. Quite frankly, businesses should be protected from dumb bells. I don't think customer stupidity is reason to sue a seller.
