When we got our timeshare the maintenance was $456, 3 years ago, now they want to charge us $1000 per year, we are a retired couple from Florida and our retirement money is not enough to pay those fees. I have proof that the same resort we are owners of, charges $504.00 for one week of rent without ownership, since we supposedly are owners we have to pay twice that amount to use our week. Where is that fair? I offer to deed them this property and get it over with, they never answered my letter. I want to join the class law suit, I will register with that owners association also. I am also thinking about contacting a lawyer if nothing else works.
