My husband and I own a 2-bedroom eoy that we bought in 1998 and had never had a problem getting the unit we requested until the last 4 years or so. Now we can never get the requested unit because of all the points people being in it. Our fees were raised so high that we can rent comparable places for less than the fees. This is not fair to the owners who paid so much for their timeshare units and now are having to pay more and receiving nothing for their money. Another thing that is so upsetting is the "resort fee" the owners are charged per day for amenities that used to be included. I would like to know the status of the lawsuit.
