I am sorry to hear that you have endured such misrepresentation by a salesperson. It is unfortunate that sales pressure is so heavy at DRI resorts. It never seems to get any easier. They make you feel like you just have to buy more points. I too have listened to salesmen's lies and misrepresentations. Fortunately for me, I know to ask them to show me it on paper and place it in the contract. That almost immediately stops them in their tracks. I would unload whatever I could if I were you. Renting at this point would be less expensive than buying. Also, if you have recently sent this letter to Stephen Cloobeck, you have sent it to the wrong person. He no longer has all of those shares in DRI and no longer is the president. This happened when DRI went public and he sold millions of dollars in stock of DRI.
