The hotel we stayed at for $199 for 3 nights was beautiful but after our required timeshare presentation we have still not got the 30,000 points promised to us. They gave us 5000 and I’ve been calling for close to a month to get the other 25,000. No one seems to care and they just direct me to call other numbers. If this is how they run this part of the business I can’t imagine trying to actually book a trip!
