I have one I rented under construction but informed the renter about it. I get no discount so I could not provide a discount. If you rented a year ahead, I probably would not have been aware of the construction taking place.
They did go out of the way to assure the least possible inconveniences to the guests. Construction means they are making improvements to our investment for the future.
We really have no control of this, hope it ends well, go in with a positive attitude and make the best of it.
