From your posts, I gather that Allianz Marketing Strategies is one of those scam upfront fee companies that promise to sell or rent out your unit and get you a boatload of cash for it, is that correct? If so, then it appears you have been scammed. Sadly, there are many of these companies out there with the same agenda --- to get timeshare owners to fork over money and get noting in return
