If you're referencing a Mexican "right to use" contract, the answer is --- not much. The Mexican operation will obviously keep whatever money you have paid to date, but won't do much of anything else. They know that there is a virtually endless supply of others ready and willing to come in, sign on the dotted line and plunk down money.
