What is ; 1.Price: (any deed or transfer tax or closing costs?) 2.Week: Floating (What does floating mean ?) 3.Maintenance Fee: $645 (monthly ,annually when paid, does this go up every year or have a cap?) 4.Ownership: Deeded ( I assume this means ‘Fee Simple’ deeded ownership ?) 5.Use: Annual ( how long a stay do you get and what dates are available ?) 6.Can you exchange for other areas of the world ? 7.How do you pick a date and specific unit ? Thanks
