Selling TS in Caribbean--Experiences?

Does anyone have experiences and insights to share in selling their timeshare in the Caribbean? Good brokers, transactions, etc.? I have some for sale in St. Maarten, but am nervous because this is in Netherlands Antilles, not USA. Thanks so much!

I am looking for similar information; I am contemplating a listing with Crown Realty in St.Maarten---they take 25% as their fee at closing but using them may simplify matters---I just want these weeks gone. What I'm unclear on is paperwork/fees to transfer with Diamond/Sunterra (they are so difficult to contact).

You don't have to necessarily use a closing service in the Caribbean. Why don't you get in touch with JRA services at www.timeshareresaleclosings.com/ or www.timeshare/transfer.com to see if they handle Caribbean closings. These are both reputable closing services.
