If you purchase a timeshare in Florida and the Seller does not provide you a ten day recission notice you have 12 months to get your money back from the seller and cancel the deal.

judi, I assume you are you speaking of developer sales and not individual owner sales?

No. I am referring to resale by individuals or resale companies or resale Brokers who are selling without a license.
