Always use a reputable closing company as they will handle the transaction from start to finish. You can search (top right hand corner) reputable closing companies that are recommended by Redweek forum members. Normally the buyer pays for all closing costs, but this can be negotiable between buyer and seller. You might also search 'closing process' to see what steps the buyer and seller will need to know concerning the closing procedures.
