Vacation village at parkway info

Has anyone stayed there and has inside info on which buildings are desirable. I am planning a vactaion to orlando and will be staying at that resort . I am seeing so many mixed reviews about it, seems like if I choose right building it can make or spoil the vacation.For now we are assigned building 12.
