Montecristo Phase 2 - Status?

Does anyone know a current status of the Construction of Phase 2 villas? (We own 2 weeks in March in Villa #137 and would like to know if it's done yet?) Can you post a photo of the units that are now done? How about the grocery store - any new progress? Please let us know! Thanks!
