Best resort location to request

We have never been to Aviara, our first visit is for the week of Jan. 25th. We always request a top floor unit with lots of light and sun. This time, however, we will have our two grandsons, age 4 and 1 1/2. If we asked for a ground floor unit are there grassy areas for them to play right outside the units? Or can we still have an upper unit with room for them to play inside? Any recommendations of resort areas, buildings, unit etc. would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

We like the Meadows. Pool Area is larger and nicer than the Summit. Also there is a play scape for kids in an ajacent area. Kids could walk to it. As for golf course view, not pool view. However, both have outside grassy areas on the bottom floors
